Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB) is a hiking trail located in the Alpine region of France, Italy, and Switzerland. You can discover the highest peak of the Alps from all angles, as well as the amazing surrounding scenery. Enjoy the pleasure of hiking with a lightweight pack and nights spent in mountain hut, in inns and hotels, for an unforgettable adventure.

  • Les Houches trek to  Bionnassay
  • Ascend+800m / Descend – 500m

Day 02

  • Bionnassay trek to Les Contamines
  • Ascend+ 950m / Descend- 1300m 
  • 6 hours of walk
  • Accommodation: mountain hut / lodges (Les Contamines)

Day 03

  • Les Contamines trek to Les Chapieux
  • Ascend+ 1450m / Descend- 800m
  • 7 hours of walk
  • Accommodation: mountain hut / lodges (Les Chapieux)

Day 04

  • Les Chapieux trek to Col Checrouit
  • Ascend+ 1100m / Descend- 1050m 
  • 6 hours of walk
  • Accommodation: mountain hut / lodges (Col Checrouit)

Day 05

  • Col Checrouit trek to Refuge Bonatti
  • Ascend+ 1100m / Descend- 1000m 
  • 6 hours of walk
  • Accommodation: mountain hut / lodges (Bonatti)
  • No luggage transport service will be available; your luggage will be sent to La Fouly. Please prepare equipment for 2 days accordingly

Day 06

  • Bonatti trek to La Fouly
  • Ascend+ 900m / Descend- 1300m 
  • 6 hours and 30 minutes walk
  • Accommodation: an inn (La Fouly)

Day 07

  • La Fouly trek to Champex
  • Ascend+ 650m / Descend- 650m 
  • 4 hours and 30 minutes walk
  • Accommodation: an inn (Champex)

Day 08

  • Champex trek to Trient
  • Choice 1: Ascend+ 715 m /Descend- 925m  (5 hours of walk)
  • Choice 2: Ascend+ 915m / Descend- 1260m  (7 hours of walk)
  • Accommodation: an inn (Trient)

Day 09

  • Trient trek to Le Tour
  • Ascend+ 1000m / Descend- 850m 
  • 5 hours of walk
  • Accommodation: an inn (Le Tour)

Day 10

  • Le Tour trek to Chamonix
  • Ascend+ 1350m / Descend- 850m 
  • 7 hours of walk

  • Physical Requirements: This route is suitable for hikers with moderate to high fitness levels, requiring 5-7 hours of walking per day.
  • Equipment Preparation: It is recommended to bring warm clothing, waterproof gear, comfortable hiking shoes, and basic medical supplies
